Cold food and very disrespectful that I found a loophole when it comes to using coupons the guy wouldn't remake it because he said I got it for free who cares if I got it for free it tasted so bad we left
I nearly spent $60 for some breakfast items before the reward discount. Customer service was non existent and I almost wasn’t given back my card. I asked them to make the order a meal and it clearly was not done and they refused to change it or give me back my money and of course no manager was there at the time.
I pulled into the drive thru (albeit very early in the morning) the lights inside, and in the drive thru were off, and I was ignored at the speaker box as though I wasn't even there. I know there was an employee inside as I saw them on my way to the drive thru. I'll not be coming back to this location if it means I'm going to be ignored as that's apparently part of their early morning "customer service" policy.
