I brought a chocolate Sunday It was made so small.I took it back in management was rude.I wanted to buy an ice cream cone.She refused to sell me one.I'm not selling you anything.She was upset because I made a return or put some ice cream in the dam cup and then I wouldn't ask for a refund. Just tossed my money on the counter , never again
I just left this location at speedway and craycroft. The only thing I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with a grape jelly packet. I ordered at 8:20am. Around 8:28am I tried to call to see if they maybe forgot about me in curbside, but no one answered. Around 8:31am another car pulled beside me in the curbside pickup parking spots. The manger on duty was very rude and almost made the experience suck but the employe Zach was on top of it he was amazing and very kind we got the wrong sandwich and he got it fix so fast
Absolutely terrible service sat in the parking lot waiting for my order for about 15 minutes before I had to walk inside and verbally ask for my order because the manager was too lazy to bring it out and instead lied about saying that it was a mobile curbside pick up and said that it was ordered for an inside pick up. It’s easier to lie to the customer than it needs to take responsibility horrible customer service.
