I placed a mobile order and proceeded to the store. When I got there there was no order # on board. Cashier who claims to be a manager directs me to start restart phone....to go to wifi.....to go into app......I show her order in app......show email confirm of order.....show $ hit my card.....she refused to make the order.....after nearly 20 minutes of back and forth they bring out another "manager"......repeat process, show app, show email....this manager states to re-order.....I say has charged my card.....she sternly stat... read more
Got every single thing on my order wrong. Had to go back in for missing items. I can't believe the level zero craps given at this location.
Messed the order up, again.
