Went through drive thru after work and wanted fries and a double quarter pounder. Told the girl NO ONIONS and NO PICKLE. She repeated it back to me and I paid. When I got home, not only was it the wrong burger, it said on the ticket ONLY PICKLE and ONLY CHEESE. Onion, tomato, mayo, pickle and lettuce were on this burger. I usually don’t write a review because I use to work at Hardee’s but when it’s literally repeated back to me, I can’t take it anymore. Couldn’t even eat my burger. Basically am going to be hungry.
French fries wasn't hot
I originally reviewed this 5 years ago stating that this location always had great service and great food, but that seems to have changed. After persistent issues with my orders here I decided to update my review to reflect the current situation here. Service is hit or miss, food is sometimes good, but orders are typically wrong.
