The staff at this store are always moving as fast as humanly possible and despite how busy they are still manage to be polite and courteous. The manager stops to ask if service or help is needed even when obviously super busy herself. I come here every Sunday and order 2 large black coffee and they never hesitate to make me a fresh pot. I Love this store and the staff.
Closest McD to UofA — slow enough to make you question if employees are aging your order like fine wine, or practicing 15-minute meditation in-between customers.
While in the drive thru waiting area I witnessed the manager in the lobby looking high out of her mind (not on weed) and when I asked associates for her first name they refused to give it to me claiming "company policy" but when I'm happy they are more than willing to talk to me and give me their names.
