Just did a mobile order, counter pick up. Two female team members greeted me pleasantly as I entered the restaurant. But the young lady at the front counter, she was especially friendly, with a big bright smile. Definitely a pleasant surprise for a McDonald’s, early morning at that. My food and drink were prepared well. Keep up the good work!

What a poor representation for McDonalds this franchise is. I’ve never experienced such a complete disregard for customer service than I did at this location today. It’s almost as if there was no manager present. McDonald’s you need to do way better than this!
