This is literally the worst location in Tucson. I have tried to come back a couple of times thinking it would be different. The man at the drive-thru that is tall and white was SO RUDE. Horrible customer service.
we ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 happy meal and one hot coffee the line was out the parking lot they took forever to take orders we waited more than 30 minutes in line plus another ten at the window to get our food almost an hour for mcdonald’s is so bad when are my nearest mcdonald’s it takes me five minutes on a busy weekend and i get up to the windows and the employees are talking it up and eating right infront of us and being so rude horrible experience will NOT be coming back and they are super messy with the food the ic... read more
The lady that helped me was super nice. But deceptive practices for prices when you’re advertise price is one thing and then you charge me a different thing like your drinks your advertising extra small for a dollar because that’s specifically what my son wanted was that size and you charge me for a normal size drink small slightly inconvenient I understand but none of the less if I didn’t look at the itemized pricing, I would’ve never known that you charged me.
