Anytime I come to that McDonald’s every staff member has a bad attitude and gets smart with you. Today I went to McDonald’s and went through the drive thru, and me and another car were waiting for like 20 minutes to get our order taken. So I finally get my order put in and I drive to the window and I wait ANOTHER 20-30 minutes. So I drive off and go to the front of the store to place my order in and pay again. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s Ive ever been too, the service is sloppy and very slow
They handed me the wrong order so I had to drive back to this location. Nobody in the crew that I interacted with apologized for the inconvenience, even the manager looks annoyed. The crew here doesn't know customer service. I know it's early but you can't be like that to your customers specially if you messed up their order.
