They are so slow, it’s horrendously dirty and there was like 4 ppl in there and only 1 lady actually doing something

Objectively very poor all around. About half the tables were unusable due to cleanliness, our order had one wrong item and one missing item. We ordered inside at one of the two (out of 4) partially operational kiosks with no line and the order took 25 minutes to fill, with no acknowledgment from any employee until we asked if our order had been received.
