I would rather support local joints. This may be a local owner, but they have a massive national marketing budget behind them. I find the staff here is very pleasant.
I came in and asked for a cup of water while ordering. She charged me for a sweet tea under “special” and just gave me water, basically charging me for water. Is that even legal? I think she’s a manager there.

Ordered "sharables" for several people and added extra sauce for the nuggets, burgers, and fries. You can see in the included photo of the bag slip, it says 5 BBQ, 2 Ranch, and 4 S&S. The 4 cups in the picture are all that was given. Since I'm disabled, I sent my kid in to correct the issue and the employee was rude to my child and just gave her a handful without even an apology or a bag.
