I ordered through the drive thru. I only had one car ahead of me. I had to wait 10 min for my food after the window that gives out the food. I called them after 5min and they said it would be right out. The food was cold when i got it. I asked for ketchup and napkins, the person that brought the food said it was in the bag. It was not! No smiles. No thank yous. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location.
