Employee was to busy complaining about how much she hates door dash to take my order
Ordering in the drive thru is easy except for when you have to “please pull up and we will bring you your food”. Then you have to wait 10-15 min; to let the bags of food pile up before they even bring any of the orders out to ALL the customers “waiting”
Heard employees trash talk customers that are ordering through drive through, to talking crap ordering on the mobile devices in the lobby. So unprofessional, the lack of work ethic truly reflects the poor management team and ownership of this location. My family will not return to this establishment until corporate management actually steps in.
