Went thru drive thru and asked for a snack wrap meal with no sauce. The nice lady asked which snack wrap and i politely told her it didnt matter since there shouldnt be sauce. Recieved snack wraps with ranch, never even put "no sauce" on order. My fault for not checking reciept right away. When you pay $12 for a meal and only get fries out of it, well, you get a bad review. We'd let this go more if prices werent outrageous.
Need to improve customer handling.
