Just sat in the drive thru with a mobile order for over 10 minutes and still was not be able to get my food. They said a refund will automatically be issued within 24 hours but don't know if I'll get my reward points back. WHAT? It's bad enough this place has gone down hill. The least you could have done was give me my food since I waited for it. I don't care if it's an app issue or not, you should still serve your loyal customers.
