Went through the drive thru. Waited there for 20 minutes. We got to the window and were told to wait at the 2nd waiting spot. 45 minutes later, still no food. I go in and say "excuse me". I know it was busy but I said it loud enough for them to hear me. They ignore me. I say it louder and start waving my arms around like a mad woman and they finally turn to me. We went to get food we were missing some food
