Store only focuses on drive thru. Don’t bother going inside, nobody will help you. You will stand there until you yell back at someone to come help. No soda fountains.
Guy with dreads in the drive thru was rude and very funky
It took over 45 min to get a online drive up order. I finally had to walk inside and ask fornit to be canceled as I needed to get to the airport. I waited in car 35 min, then 15 in the restaurant as they were making it then instead of canceling. I spoke with many many other customers, door dash etc all saying it is always like this. They need better management, assign staff to drive thru,online orders, door dash etc. They were running around like chickens with head chopped off. No management, direction, organized plan etc
