Food service sucks/rude employees
This specific location, without fail, always takes the absolute longest to either make my order, or to actually asist me if i'm waiting to order at the counter. I actually had the lady tell me this time (and not without an attitude) that I had to order at the kiosk because she "couldn't ring me up on the register", which didnt make any sense to me. Now, after waiting 10 minutes for the lady to tell me that, I now am waiting more time to have her come over to the desk to ring me up. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed as... read more
My husband and I are both 67, and let me tell you, we had the best service we’ve had in ages. Latrice waited on us with the biggest smile and was just so sweet and patient with the two of us. It felt like she truly cared, and that meant a lot. She told us she couldn’t take tips, so I’m leaving this little note instead. Thank you, Latrice—you made our day extra special!
