Not like back in 70 and 80
I ordered food at one of the unmanned kiosks. I selected the tea/lemonade combo drink that was an upcharge over the regular drinks. When the food was brought to our table, the cups were empty and we were expected to fill them ourselves. Normally, this would be fine, but the drink I paid extra for was not on the floor. It had to be filled behind the counter. I just don't understand why the kiosk asks for the type of drink we want if they are not going to be bringing them to us already filled.
