I went this morning, and I got amazing service from martine snd David. Super nice, and fast service despite only having a few people there in a busy rush. I was looking at some of these reviews and wow you guys this is fast food, not a restaurant. Missing a few items? Go up and ask them they'll replace it and dont rudely butt in well there doing something and they will always help. Most of these comments are stuck up LANL folks who expect 3-4 McDonald's crew members to finish their $100 order within seconds its not possible.... read more
Missing half our order.
MANAGER WAS TO LAZY TO TAKE MY ORDER AND ASKED ME TO USE THE SELF SERVICE
Food was good but they didn't open the lobby until 6:45 when it was supposed to be open at 6. They forgot my orange juice and never brought my food to the table when I ordered for dine in. When I picked up my food at the counter it was in a bag not on a tray.
