Whoever had the idea to speed the cars through the drive-thru and have every single one park in the parking lot must be a genius. I am counting currently 13 cars parked in the parking lot where nowhere else to park waiting for you guys to bring the food out. This is completely ridiculous. I've been in the parking lot approximately 15 minutes many cars have been here much longer. Other customers are trying to come in and park and eat here and they can't because the parking lot is full.
