Poor management, poor ownership, completely incompetent. Whoever owns this location is a complete failure. I apologize to the several good people working here because there are some really nice and hardworking people but something is seriously wrong with this location. The bread on the muffin and bagel are regularly burnt black and sent out that way. The bagels are stale most of the time. They regularly forget items. Unwilling to help with me buying happy meals and collecting the toys. I was willing to buy all the happy meals (7 meals) needed for the toys but the lead/manager woman was mean and unwilling to have the cashier to look at the numbers for no repeats like other McDonald’s location.
