It’s one of the best McDonald’s in Missouri
Lord have mercy where do I start. Many times I’ve had the same experience with these “workers”. Just a bunch of teens playing around and making not real funny jokes, while I waited there for well over 15 minutes before I finally left. They still didn’t seem to care at all still yet. Waited 30+ minutes for snack wrap, fry, and frappe for curbsidepickup. . They filled half of the cup was whipped cream and the other half with the frappe part. Drive-thru was not backed up they were pushing their customers through. There was no reason to have to sit and wait for 30 minutes. I used to be a manager there and I know for a fact that's unacceptable. Because of this I was 15 minutes late to work. I recommend going in the morning When Miranda is working I never have problems when she's there!
Food was barely edible. The girl with red hair was huffy and puffy while my friend looked for 15 cents, and rolled her eyes. After listening to her moan and groan for what felt like ever we asked for ranch and honey mustard and the lady canthear i guess and gave us HOT mustard and it made my friend throw up. Very poor service . Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
