Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and iced coffee through the drive-thru. I went to the pickup window, and the guy handed me my food, but no drink. He told me to pull forward to the waiting area. I did, and several minutes went by. A girl came out to deliver food to another customer in the waiting area. I told her I was waiting for an iced coffee. I thought she would be back with the drink in a matter of seconds, but she went back into the restaurant and didn’t return. Afte... read more
For an order ahead on the app meal, later on a TH night(after 8:45p), I didn't expect the drive thru wait time to be so long. There were 5 cars ahead as I pulled in and spent a good 15 min isn the line to get my order. Not sure what was up? This isn't my usual McD restaurant to visit.
