I wish they would remember to put sugar into my iced coffee when I order extra sugar be added to it via the McDonald's app. 4 out of 5 times when I go through the drive-thru and order 3 additional sugars for my iced coffee, no extra sugar is added and then I have to go through the drive-thru and wait in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes to get it added or go inside.
