I don't understand what is so hard about extra pickle 😞 every time I have gone in there and asked for extra pickle, I literally get four pickles on my hamburger.. Got the grinch meal. It was pricey, I received no grinch socks or warning they were out of them. No cute grinch box either. Basically paid extra just to get the grinch salt & nothing else.
Sat there for 45 mins for a very simple order tall blonde kid at the counter was so sweet and understanding no manager ever came to the front to check on anyone no apologies for the waits a lady waited 2 hours for them to mess up her order just a very careless saff even if you are trying your best and backed up coustmer service goes a long way if they stopped parking cars maybe food would be out in a decent time they care more about the numbers than they do customers cleared there screens and lost half the printed out ticket... read more
Explaine to me why I am waiting 30 minutes for 2 6 piece happy meals??? If your kitchen teams order screen is completely cleared then why is taking so long for the runners to get customers their food?? The Azle location. Needs to get under new owners!!!!! It has gone soo down hill. It’s fast food for a reason not to have to eat nasty cold food and have a premade watered down drink !!
