Order burgers for a lazy Sunday meal. They came back raw, we went back and showed the manager. (Rude & didn’t seem to care at all) The manager didn’t even apologize for this. Got a second order for it to just have the same issues.
This was a pathetic experience all things around. I ordered through McDelivery, TWO LARGE FRIES alongside some other things. On the bag it says TWO Larger Fries. So tell me why I only have ONE LARGE FRY. And why when I call the store does the employee dodge accountability & not defer to a manager? I get told to "call the dasher" when it is McDonalds job since the dasher is not the person accountable for packing my order correctly it is the STORE. I worked at McDonald's for years, so I know when workers are cheating their job... read more
