I entered to use the restroom, which wasnt dirty, but it stunk horribly! It's been quite some time since I've been here, but as i recall, it often smells badly. So much that before you even open the restroom door your nose is forewarned! The little kid that entered with his mom was plugging his nose. Now that i got that out of the way, i wish i would've gotten the kid's name that helped me. He was very helpful with my decision of a McFlurry flavor. Great staff here, especially the manager or lead - not sure which he is - but has a butterfly on his neck. The place was super busy when I got there but he got the drive thru moving and the cafe quickly and did a great job leading. The team immediately seemed more upbeat and happy once he arrived. Whoever he is he deserves some more recognition for his exceptional work!
I went through the drive-thru was specific on my order no cheese called and spoke with the manager they can't do a refund. All four of my sandwiches had cheese on them. The printed label on each sandwich says no cheese.
