I don't usually go to this place, but my girlfriend thought it would be a good idea to stop by for some snacks. She ordered a chicken sandwich and an iced mocha, but they said they couldn't make it. I ordered a McFlurry, and I was really disappointed when I saw it. I was expecting something better. I definitely don't plan on going back to give them my money.
Every single time I come here I have to wait and pull forward out of the drive through line. My order has been wrong multiple times-forcing me to go back through the drive through. DO NOT GO HERE.
Today I went to eat with my daughters and the service was awful. Everyone was chatting and they weren't serving quickly. I ordered the K-pop girls' kids' box and they didn't give me the gift that comes inside. I also ordered fries and they didn't give them to me, even though I had the receipt in hand. All the people working there had no experience in customer service.
