We celebrated our oldest daughter's 8th birthday and she really wanted a chance to play at a McDonald's playhouse. We live in Jasper so naturally we stopped at Towne Lake location. It was around 3:30, the restaurant wasn't doing a lot of volume, and often this is when service declines. I placed an order on the APP for pick up for my daughters to pick up. I put it in for counter pick up. When they arrived they were left standing there unacknowledged for 30 minutes! Then the manager told them they never got the order, then she found it and said it was for drive thru pick up…it was not. Then she had no idea what happened. They then had to wait again for the order to be made. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and I added shredded lettuce, tomato (which I paid extra for) and mayo. staff needs to learn to have customer service including the manager. waited a hour for my online order at the counter not even the drive thru. took someone 30 minutes to even acknowledge me standing there. staff was messing around in the back and on their phones. not a single glove or hair net or hand washing in sight. as a general manger of my own store in food service i will never be coming back to this location as the service was awful, the food was disgusting and the store itself was filthy. the fact they have a 100 on t... read more
If I could leave a negative star I would this place is horrible. The wait times are unbelievable. Staff is to busy messing around in the back rather then attending to their customers. Manager didn’t care to even do her job she was also messing around in the back. You need new management if she runs her shifts like that. Will not be coming back
Manager really needs to work on her attitude. Staff needs to learn how to attend to their customers. Waited over a hour for online order at the counter and no one approached me until 40 minutes into waiting. My food is disgusting literally just threw out it out. Will not be going back here
