The employee served me at the first window since I only ordered a vanilla cone, which was smart thinking. Would've got 5 stars for my visit if I didn't have to sit in the drive-thru for 21 minutes. No telling how long I may have had to wait if not for the smart thinking of this employee. These are the types of employees managers should recognize and by doing so may rub off on others.
We went through the drive through for breakfast and the associates that greeted us at the windows were both sweet, professional and quickly got us back on the road.
