Put in a order on the app then ended up Sitting in drive thru for over 20 mins. And not for the first time. This is ridiculous. I ored a larger caramel frappe with 3 shots of espresso for almost 10.00 dollars didnt get a single shot of espresso , this isn't the first time this has happened. I would appreciate something be done about this and fast. Id like not only my money back but more training for the staff . This location has gotten worse over the last few months . My husband ordered iced Carmel latte corrected and said large iced Carmel coffee so it would be 2 of the same because I used my app coupon like I do everyday. Then ordered 2 steak bagels on hamburger buns because bagels are harder the hamburger bun plus it's cheaper for your food cost was told I can't order that by noemi I then let her know I order that multiple times at this store as well as others I could show her on my app. She finally let us order. One staff member was particularly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for at this restaurant.
More than 25 minutes for just two simple iced coffees and the kicker is is the app when I ordered told me the order was ready and they hadn’t even started it. Never coming to this McDonald’s again it’s absolutely ridiculous.
