They told me to pull up then forgot my order. Disgusting bathroom and asked for toilet paper and they don't have any.....what?
Ran by staff that refused to correct their mistakes rude the manager was just as rude only go there because it's close to home but I'd rather take the extra drive to the McDonald's on 28th and Micheal than on Chicago Dr and Godfrey that place is trash
No greetings upon entering.. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes literally waiting on our food. Food was like warm. Had them remake our fies.. as long as we waited. All the food should have fresh when given to us. My dish sandwich was so dry 1 squirt of tatter sauce smh
McDonald's has gotten so pricey, that we go for the convenience, not the price. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwich meals specifically with "no bun" (because we have to be gluten free, medically). We're in a hurry and decided to take the cross contamination risk. The receipt shows "no bun" for both sandwiches. Each sandwich is in a chicken tenders box with a label printed out and stuck to the lid of each "steak, egg and cheese - no bun" "egg bacon and cheese -no bun." A.) we are not given forks or napkins.
