FIRE & hire NEW and well experienced employees. I would actually never come back to this location in gibsonton ever again, it is literal garage. The whole staff ran be these teens have no clue what it means to run a business. I was parked at curbside, and was missing an item in my bag and i brought it up to the employee and they tried to tell me that everything in the bag was correct, when i had a receipt to prove and everything , and the attitude preset was not needed also. The lobby and tables were dirty. I asked for them to clean and they sent someone to sweep. Although I appreciate the effort, the tables were dirty and I was attempting to sit and eat. The food finally arrived and the fries were cold. They replaced them with such attitude as if I was a bother. Then I noticed that my quarter pounder was cold. Again it was replaced with attitude. I guess today it’s too much to ask for hot food. I should just be grateful I got any food. Terrible service. McDonald’s is going downhill fast!
Walk in to place our order and decided to sit at a table. EVERY table was dirty. Asked if someone could clean one and instead she starts sweeping. Had as ask again to wipe down our table. We get our food and the fries were cold - asked if we could get hot fries and were greeted with n attitude. Then we come to discover the same with our burgers. Everyone at this location had mad faces on and you could tell we interrupted their comedy hour in the kitchen. Very disappointed!!
Ordered the new big arch. Was told to pull around out front. Sat for over 15 minutes and still no food. Wrong orders being handed to other people. Poorly managed poor runner. Finally handed food and it was the wrong order but I had enough so took it and just left. I get it’s McDonald’s but come on. Terribly run location
This location doesn’t have ketchup out, but routinely won’t put ketchup in Togo orders
