This location has really gone downhill since they opened. When they first opened, it was the best location in the area. Lately, it's not even on par with the worst location on 19th. Long waits, orders wrong, and rude staff especially tonight August 23rd around 7:20PM.
I stopped eating at McD's 6 years ago. I had no choice & had to get something to eat immediately. This one served there food warm & fresh. It's the only Riverview McD's that I would ever eat at again!
Worst service ever. Was standing in line for 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to counter to take anyone's orders. Other customer was waiting on just a cup of coffee that he had already ordered 10 mins prior.
