Older Employee was very rude very Poor manners
I ordered a large ice coffee and it was horrible. I tell the worker it was and he almost took it back. Then tells me he will make a new one. Turns around then turns back to say oh no I can't. We go back and forth for a moment with me telling him I don't want it and I paid for a large ice coffee how I the CUSTOMER wants it. Then I ask for a manager. they wouldn’t serve me because i was on a motorcycle what’s next they won’t serve my friend because the color of their skin? Since when can motorcycles not go through the drive though. What if the lobby is closed.
