Who ever bro in the Hempstead jacket is at the drive thru needa be fired,drug tested or he must be slow. Bro cannot follow basic directions told him my order twice and he did not get it right. He obviously cannot function in a quick and easy to operate drive thru.
Was not asked about the Mobil app. Food hot and fresh. Polite checkout.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order ahead of time and still had to wait 45 minutes in my car before receiving my food. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect. When I politely pointed out the missing items and showed my receipt on my phone as proof that I paid for them, the employee argued with me instead of fixing the mistake. You even printed the ticket and it still showed items missing, yet I was being told it wasn’t on the order. That is not the customer’s fault. I showed exactly what I paid for.... read more
