I ordered a quarter pounder and it was so dry . The fries were good.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple order, which is already unacceptable for fast food. When I asked for mayo a standard condiment they clearly carry I was told they didn’t have any. The response felt dishonest and dismissive. When I requested a refund due to the delay and poor service, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed no effort to resolve the situation.
