This locations staff always gives us problems. The first time, we ordered 2 pickups and were charged, but when we pulled up to pick up, they said they didnt have the order in their system. We verified locations twice, checked our bank accounts that we were charged, and showed them the actual receipt in our email. Basically, they just shrugged their shoulders and told us that it wasnt in their system and couldnt make it. Mind you, this was a manager speaking to us.
