Food was good but this ruthless and bitter employee came and took 3 of my 6 waters away. From the beginning of our visit she was shooting us dirty looks, and my friends remarked that they felt extremely judged and uncomfortable. The manager and the staff here are extremely rude. They asked me “What is the problem this morning?”. The problem is your employees handed out the wrong order then questioned me about getting mine. One girl was rubbing her nose, knowing she’s sick then snot nosed touching orders. Gross! They are not nice here. I’m definitely not returning. It’s a shame Hamlin has employees working and treating their customers this way.

First I have to say, someone needs and should be by the counter. When they are rushing, your food comes out like if a they just threw it on a tray. The sofa are not completely filled. The food covers are open and no napkins. Then you have to stand there and wait until someone comes out to ask for what you need. And let's not forget how full the garbage gets and you don't know what to do with yours. I'm a local resident and I feel the service just keeps getting worst and worst.

NUNCA ! Leiam bem NUNCA entregam as tortinhas. Sempre tem que implorar por elas quando eles vem entregar. Dessa última vez, houve até um deboche. Falamos, está faltando as 5 tortinhas E a atendente prontamente sorriu e disse "eu sei".
