Food is hot and fresh but service is usually slow, whether the drive through or inside. No cashiers inside and they make you use the kiosk which is always slow anyways.
They didn’t include in my bag what I actually paid for so watch out for them stealing money from you
Every time we go, the manager Lucas always has this place in order. The food is great and he is such a wonderful person. Aiden at the drive thru gives positive vibes. Great experience!
This McDonald’s is super clean, Customer service is 10 out of 10. Even the general manager comes around and check on things. The food was served super fast as well and the right items. We’re glad to see that he’s in Hamlin. We have seen a big difference since the last years! Very happy!
