They were really rude, there was this woman that made me feel really unconfortable, she grabed me by my shoulders and pushed me outside
Very disappointed with my order. The food had a strange chemical taste, and my order was missing the bacon I paid for and there was no double patty. On top of that, the service was not good at all. Definitely not the experience I expect from McDonald’s.
Food was fine but they gate keep all napkins and ketchup packets behind the counter. A small amount, proportional to the order, should be put on each tray by default.
My wife and I pass this mcdonalds every Sunday and have stopped a few times (approximately 5 times), but every time we come there is something forgotten with our order and have to turn around to get all the food we have purchased. Also, they never read the tickets of how food has been asked to be customized. And it's not complicated things we ask., mostly just no mayo or add pickles. But they fail every time to do so.
