Went here Memorial Day weekend in order the caramel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. When I got in my car I noticed my caramel frappe had a clump of hair hanging from it with several strands I originally thought it was just stuck to the cup which was already gross. But when I tried to pull the hair off of it I realized it was under the lid and inside of the whipped cream on top of the drink I didn't have time to take it back right away as I was in between jobs but I took it back like an hour later.
