Such a great customer service experience at this McDonald's. This location is so clean made a stop since there was an accident on the road ahead. Don't regret it we ended up staying a little longer and enjoyed some food.

Went to get food at the end of the night and got to the drive thru and they told us to pull forward. And by the time we got to the window it was after closing time so they would not serve us. We sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes so the fact they would serve us was a joke. Horrible service. Very disappointing

Arrived prior to closing and attempted to order. After some back and forth at the drive through speaker we were asked to standby. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting in the drive through, they came back over the speaker and asked us to pull up to the window. After arriving at the window (now past closing time), they tell us that the kitchen is closed and can't take our order.

Why it take 30 minutes in the drive thru is beyond me. Food was cold. Not worth the rest stop.

Look, I get it. It's 10 p.m. and you want to close already, but you actually close at 11 p.m. so why would you have all of your lights off (minus the dinning room and kitchen)? Luckily I saw someone who seemed to have ordered before while the light's were off. Which leads me to believe that you've been doing this for awhile. Fortunately the burgers were good and the fries ok. But I mean, come on you're still open for crying out loud.
