Probably one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The woman at the window barely spoke, slammed the window shut, and made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. My cheeseburger had more ketchup than anything else and looked like it was thrown together without care. This isn’t the Krusty Krab where that kind of service or food quality would be acceptable. Very disappointed — I won’t be taking my business there again.
Fast and friendly
We went in the morning and ordered a sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle. The mcgriddle had a HAMBURGER PATTY in it instead of sausage (I can’t make this stuff up) Needless to say they didn’t believe me… So overall their customer service is directly correlated to the food they serve - awful. Next time you want McDonalds choose any other location but this one.
