Seems like since this Joellen Lady Took over general manager position at the store the customer service has just gone down and overall quality for food has gotten worse. you can clearly tell that the employees don’t get time off / Are overworked. The cashier looked like a zombie same with the person who handed me my food, fake smile and all / No genuine customer interaction. it took a good 10 to 15 minutes to even get out of the drive-through because of how slow they were getting out orders.
