Did a mobile curbside pickup order. They marked it as brought out about 10 mins after I parked.I Never got any food. Cant cancel order as they've marked it done. All phone numbers either lead to an automatic line or someone that puts you on a list to follow up with the manager. If they make callbacks the same way they make burgers ill just leave my ringer off and avoid the hassle. Took almost 4min for anyone to say hello…even-though there were 7 employees working. Ordered 2 cookies and at 8 min I had to ask what happened. At 10min we got the cookies. Some serious customer service training needed for the management here.

The workers are insanely rude, the food is never made right, and they will make you wait 20-30 minutes most times. Literally just came through. Almost 30 minute wait, we get to the window and the manager is screaming at the other people like a maniac. This used to be the best one in our town and now its a waste of time and money.
I particularly don't buy McDonald's often unless it's like the only fast food restaurant available. I don't really like McDonald's. Just their food is really cheap and cheesy. And you can tell, it's ultra-processed, but you know, the service was great. And the people were friendly and other than not giving me the right amount of cups. For my order like I order 2 big Mac meals. Then, they gave me one cup. Because I was with my dog, and I was buying a meal deal for him as well. But they didn't want to give me a cup.
