I would love to give higher marks for drive-thru service, but it’s impossible when the basics aren’t happening. Half the time the order isn’t right, there’s no receipt, no straws, and when you try to get someone’s attention at the window you’re completely ignored until you give up and drive away. It’s frustrating because reviews probably won’t change anything — if i coukd it would ne zero stars
This mc Donald’s is okay , sometimes messes up orders but they are okay
It's been many years since I actually went inside to order take out, there's no customer service to order from just these huge boards. All I can say is that I will never go to Westlock McDonald's ever again ! The place was not clean and the staff couldn't be bothered to make my order right! From a double quarter pounder with cheese to a single cheese burger? Disgusting customer service by the manager and staff
