It took 20 minutes just to get are food and they didn't give us are drinks and charged extra for 1 honey mustard plus there is food all over the floors

My orange juice was water with an orange tint
Very disappointed, I got 4 dry mcchickens that have been sitting there since 11am I purchased at 2.30pm. The fry’s are very dry as well. I just don’t understand how you can serve food to customers that they would not eat themselves. Very unprofessional! I know I’m not the only one that gets dried up food from there it’s constantly happening.
