Me and a friend walked a couple miles in the cold to get to the store around 9:00 at night, closes at 11:00 for inside and we were still denied. I called to ask what that was about and I was completely lied to by the staff itself telling me that there was only one person working and while I'm calling outside I see multiple staff members walking around. Worst experience I have ever had from this establishment.
Fries were cold drive thru attendant had a attitude
Twice this week I've tried to stop it and get breakfast and they were closed. Their sign for the drive-thru says 24 hours and that's not true. Then their sign says lobby starts at 5:00 a.m. and when I came here again this morning at 5:10 the lady answered in the Drive-Thru with the place lit up saying they're not currently accepting orders. You better update your signs and everything.
Placed an online order at 1 am thru the app. Went to the window and no one said anything. We went around around and a worker was in his car and just kept saying “CLOSED”
