Avoid this location at all costs on weekends. Repeated my order 3 times before paying, was given the wrong order, then was asked to wait out front for my food for 20+ minutes. My order was a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown there’s no way it should take that long.
Very long waiting time for such an easy order. Removed the order number from the screen to keep statistics, when asked that I do not see the number on the screen and did not receive the order said wait, no apologies. Ordered at 6:03, received it at 6:20.
Poor customer service staff at the backroom/kitchen are just chatting not mindful of the orders. After 3 months there is a little improvement . Hope staff stop the habit of touching their ears, nose, face if they are handling food mostly for customers
