Quality has gone downhill. Consistently bad food and the drinks are flat or stale. Over the past 3 years I've had food poisoning twice from this location, from bad mayo on the McChicken. All of my orders are from overnight shift, usually between midnight and 3 am.
Absolutely disgusting, and the manager is even more of a nightmare. Trying to blame UBER for the RESTAURANTS fault on messy presentation, missing items, hair in the food, burnt desserts.. overall terrible. Called to speak to the manager and she kept saying it was Ubers issue…. Uber certainly did not make the food. Poor management.
Ordered from here just now, 60$ order and they not only gave my wife the wrong burger, but it had a long nasty black hair inside of it. On top of that the pies we ordered were both burnt and the mcmuffins had undercooked eggs.. after calling to request some kind of replacement they decided it was uber's fault that they contaminated their product before the driver could even touch it and burnt/ undercooked their food.
