Treated myself to a $2 sundae.
orderd vanilla chai frap, came almost full but the under lid came dirtied with an unknown substance.. i drank a bit before realizing. mcdonalds , how sanitary are you? why was my lid dirtied. you can see my drink is the white droplets, so what is that musty yellow?
This place took half an hour to deliver one person an ice cream, which is quite a long time considering its for one singular ice cream. Additionally, the ignorance of this just demonstrates the services quality. Not even demonstrating a basic accomodity such as apologizing or giving an extra offering is unforgiveable, the service workers didnt even consider on asking what my order was until it was very late and keep in mind, the person was beside the counter that gives the food.
