I have been going to this coffee shop with a colleague for over two years every Saturday morning at 8:30 am. We stay there for two hours or more to just chat.
I had very rude and discusting experience at this location . Actually we went there at 2.45 am this morning for placing the drive thru order, nobody greet us on the speaker, after waited for almost 3 4 minutes we moved forward to the serving window we tried to call them through window but the lady and the guy who were working over there they just ignored us . I don’t think so that’s the customer service expected by the guests. If the drive thru closed at this time then you guys should put the sign boards over there.
Made us wait around 20 minutes just for 3 junior chickens.
