Disgusting, stale, and bad customer service
decided to get 'drive through ' and the comedians who make fun of it were correct. But in real life it's not all that funny, I was not laughing one bit. My mistake was NOT ordering EXACTLY off the 'menu'.(P.S.NEVER MESS with the MENU / Drive-Through usually a crap shoot at best). So we were directed to a parking spot, waited patiently as good Canadians. By far the dirtiest and most ignorant staffed restaurant I've ever seen. Took nearly 30 minutes just for 6 ice-creams with no modifications. Manager was verbally inappropriate INFRONT of my children. Purposefully made us wait longer for the rest of the ice creams so they would be further melted. They really need a lesson in customer service and that haste is just as much important as it is for the drive thru.
