The staff is very rude, especially the lady workikg at cashier today in the afternoon. We interacted with her 3 times and we were so patient and calm with her. But that lady was extremely rude while talking her tone was worse and her body language and facial expressions were terrible at the best. A very terrible experience

Do they even know what they are doing? I ordered a chicken Big Mac and they sent me a regular one! How disgusting!
I came here on a Tuesday evening, March 31 to order a Quarter Pounder, fries and a drink for dinner. The first thing I noticed when I entered was that the soda fountain was gone. No sign indicating the reason why it wasn't there. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order. The main thing that made up for that wait was that the burger and fries looked and tasted quite fresh. Regardless, a 10 minute wait or more isn't ideal for **fast food** in my opinion.
