I ordered a chicken junior, small fries and nuggets at drive thru at 5:45 pm and they asked me to park my car. I waited for 20 min and went inside at 6:06pm amd finally got my food. When I opened the bag, the ketchup and nugget dip were missing, the nuggets were shattered inside the bag, and the fries were soggy. After waiting 20–25 minutes, I expected the food to be fresh and complete. It was really disappointing to wait that long and still receive poor-quality food.
