Terrible experience! Went through the drive thru today and asked for BIG MAC with no onion and no lettuce and xtra sauce....the order slip clearly shows that and when I open the box and see the burger it has LETTUCE! Cmon now time to get your act together. For that price Mcdonalds Sage Creek Staff need to GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!!....Terrible service again on July 5, 2025....got a Bic Mac and small coffee....I know coffee is only a dollar but fill the cup up....so frustrating to have to double check that employees do their job ... read more
Agent took my order than forgot to enter it. Had to reorder again with agent at the first window. Also didnt credit me back my points lost from their mistake. Long wait due to the issues made by staff.
