I have been going there off and on for nearly a year. They never enforced a no-refill policy. Then yesterday, the machine was off, and I was chided!! "Sir! There are no refills!" My answer was, "Okay." They continued, "No!" and before they could go on, I said it more firmly, "Okay!" (Like, I get it, but don't.) $4.59 for a large drink and no refills? I worked downtown for 8 years and frequented this McDonald's often. At the time, the employees were sketchy and unprofessional. This location gave me McPTSD.
CITYPLACE- TERRIBLE. When the White out Party was on, all in the food court had a 20 percent discount(if you wore white). But not Mcdonalds. No free refills for any drink. High prices. Bad service.
