I am a regular at this location and more often than not, my coffee order is called out whilst still waiting for food. I normally give about ten minutes before i say anything. Mire often than nit my food is sitting there waiting for me to claim my order twice. I did mention this has happened in the past and Manpreet seemed to understand my frustration, but did nothing to ease the situation. I did not feel heard, hopefully this will change in the future.
