Couple months later and still the worst McDonald in Durham slowest and rudest service in Durham. Even the McDonalds in the village is better this this hole

☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We ordered two cheeseburger combos and realized the fries were missing. When we went back through the drive-thru, we were told to pull forward and wait while the fries were cooked. We waited...and waited...only to realize the restaurant had closed without anyone coming out to speak with us or bringing the rest of our order.
