Tried ordering my food at the drive through but I was told to go to the window and I had to stand there for 15 minutes with crew members looking at me and walking off as I pressed the buzzer and knocked on the window. After 15 minutes a crew member took my order and said she needed to be somewhere for a minute and left me standing there for another 10 minutes till a manager got there and when I received my food the coffee was made incorrectly without my instructions and a straw wasn’t included.

The employees don’t know anything how to treat everyone. There were couple people waiting for the food and they don’t give you through drive though. I mean what’s the purpose go directly through of you aren’t going to give food through window. They tell you to get the food through another window at night and then proceed to tell you to wait. And afterwards they won’t tell you it’s ready or anything. They will come to the emergency door and put the bag on the table and then leave. We can’t open the door, we don’t know if our ... read more
