This is my second time having a bad experience here. The first time I called corporate and they reached back out to me. I thought going forward my experience would be better. That manager Alba is rude and very unprofessional. If your not Spanish she acts like she doesn't have to provide you decent service. I work in the same shopping center and a few of my associates have had the same experience dealing with her. You walk in and she's right there and doesn't even acknowledge you.
